Global Services has developed a methodology and a large number of tools to facilitate the practical organization of the courses. Here again, you determine which services will remain in-house, and which you prefer to outsource.
By way of illustration, we will review here the 18 steps we execute when organizing a training program:

The first 6 steps result in a course catalogue that defines the different modules and their content.
Based on these course modules, the following 6 steps estimate the cost based on a module's course length and the number of users who will follow this course.
The TNA contains these first 12 steps.
The last 6 steps show how the training plan is drawn up, and invites the participants based on this plan. The latter is handled by a software application developed by Global Services that is made available to the customer.
