Since 15 years, Global Services has been specializing in supporting end users in the context of change management, mainly in SAP implementations, Office applications and custom software. The focus is less on the technical aspect but especially on the functional area.

We support end users in various ways: providing the right documentation in the correct language (Dutch, French, English, German,…), assisting the key users through train the trainer sessions, delta training, recurrent training, coaching and support @ work,... the choice is yours! All courses are given from the same underlying philosophy: learning is an ongoing process.
